Thomas Hsu is currently the Head of Global S&OP at Lonza AG, where he has driven the implementation of a demand planning tool and has enforced the implementation of S&OP and implemented financial optimization of plans using marginal costing analyses. Thomas has worked in several management positions at Lonza, Lufthansa Group and Lufthansa Cargo, including management of sales offices and supply chain and has been active as Swiss Chapter President of the Institute of Business Forecasting and Planning. Thomas graduated in Economics from Frankfurt University and is currently working on his PhD on financial optimization of S&OP. He has lived and worked in Indonesia, Singapore, Brazil, China, Germany and Switzerland and speaks six languages.
