Bernard is currently Senior Manager Operational Excellence & Supply Chain with Solving Efeso.
He joined Solving Efeso in 2005 and has extensive experience in implementing continuous improvement programs in both manufacturing and end-to-end supply chains.
He has an engineering degree in Applied Physics from the University of Twente, Netherlands and worked for several years as a Logistics Manager at Akzo Nobel Catalysis. In this role he was responsible for the operational part of the world wide supply of catalyst to oil refineries.
Since joining Solving Efeso in 2005 Bernard has supported a large number of improvement projects in the areas of warehousing, distribution, planning and manufacturing in a multitude of sectors. Bernard is also a member of the steering committee of the Supply Chain Excellence program development of Solving Efeso.
Since 2009 he has worked together with the Group Supply Chain team in Heineken to develop and implement the world-wide TPM in Logistics program. Bernard supports the implementation of the program in several European and Asian countries.
