Clemens is responsible for steering the supply chain organisation of the region, including Manufacturing, Customer Supply, Supply & Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Quality Management, Innovation Management and Procurement.

He has finished his PhD in Chemistry at the University of Freiburg/Germany in 1996. Since then he has spent 16 years in FMCG Industry with various local, regional and corporate roles in Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management.

After starting his career at Beiersdorf as Group Leader in Product Optimization and Production, he has spent six years at Reckitt Benckiser, as Production Manager, Plant Manager, Supply Director and Global Supply Category Representative. In 2006 Clemens has moved back to Beiersdorf to take over global responsibility for Supply Unit Management.
