Hugo has worked in Logistics since 2001, where he started within the Automotive and then progressed to Retail (Aldi) and 3rd Party Logistics at Eagle Global Logistics (now acquired by CEVA Logistics) and DHL Supply Chain. In his previous positions he was primarily engaged with Warehousing and Operations Management. Hugo joined Schneider Electric in 2006 as Supply Chain Manager for American Power Conversion, which was then freshly acquired by Schneider Electric. Since 2012 he has worked more in General Management, when he became the DC Manager for the Schneider Electric DC in Helmond, later extending responsibility to include the Regional Distribution Center in Venray and the Outsourced DC for Wiring devices of the Merten by Schneider Electric brand in Wiehl, Germany. Hugo now holds the position of Logistics Director for the BENE-DACH Zone (Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland), while still holding the General Manager’s position for Distribution Centers in Helmond, Venray and Wiehl (Germany).
